AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The exquisite composition of autoclaved aerated coagulation is crafted with precision utilizing key raw ingredients such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), creating a robust foundation for superior construction.
This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of vital raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and performance.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Serving as the pivotal core of our production line, this section orchestrates the creation of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and efficiency.
This innovative section is responsible for the fabrication of the sturdy steel mesh (or mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly framework.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This is the heart of our production line, dedicated to the creation of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unparalleled precision.
Here, we expertly craft the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates through a blend of manual and automatic processes, seamlessly circulating the assembly frame with ease and precision.
4. Cutting Section
Within this section, the mold frame, once loaded with the billet body, undergoes meticulous demudding via the turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car, where it achieves its final form through precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting techniques.
The ground turning table deftly completes the process by removing and recycling the corner waste, ensuring a sustainable and efficient operation.
Following the removal of waste, the blank body is expertly completed and organized using the marshalling crane and ferry car, streamlining production flow.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are seamlessly conveyed into the autoclave chamber, where they undergo constant pressure maintenance, expertly managed by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclave.
Post-curing, the autoclave-extracted products are efficiently transported to the finished product packaging section, courtesy of the ferry cart, ensuring a smooth transition.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following the steaming process, the cakes are methodically sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then transported to the storage yard, utilizing advanced packaging and conveying equipment to ensure safe and efficient handling.
