1. Raw Material Processing Section

The essential ingredients utilized in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), and other vital components.

This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This is the pivotal section for manufacturing top-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

In this section, the steel mesh (also known as mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, including both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This is another core section crucial for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This section is responsible for creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Within this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is meticulously placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.

The cut body is then processed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle the corner waste efficiently.
Once the waste is removed, the blank body is further handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car to complete the process.

5. Autoclaving Section

In this section, the assembled cakes are systematically transported into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and the ferry cart situated in front of the autoclaves.

Following autoclave curing, the finished products are carefully pulled out by the ferry cart and transported seamlessly to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

Post-autoclaving, the steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and efficiently transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
