AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials essential for the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder, and aluminum paste, among others.
This section serves the crucial function of processing and storing raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the pivotal core for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring optimal performance.
This section is dedicated to fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, and it facilitates both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the central hub for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, guaranteeing quality and precision.
It specializes in creating the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates and supports manual or automatic mesh hanging, along with the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame with the billet body is demudded using the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where the product's cutting and molding are completed through side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The ground turning table efficiently handles the removal and recycling of corner waste from the cut body.
Once the waste is efficiently removed, the blank body is then marshaled by the crane and transferred by the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and the ferry cart positioned in front of the autoclaves.
After curing, the autoclave products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by the state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, post separation.
