AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The fundamental ingredients powering the creation of autoclaved aerated coagulation include an artful blend of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
In this pivotal stage, raw materials are meticulously processed and skillfully stored, setting the stage for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This core section is the heartbeat of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs production, ensuring top-notch quality and precision.
This sophisticated section expertly crafts the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This is another core hub for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring every slab meets the highest standards.
This section adeptly produces the indispensable steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, offering both manual and automatic mesh hanging along with efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Ingeniously, the mold frame carrying the billet is demudded by a turning crane. It is then expertly placed on a cutting car where the product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The ground turning table skillfully removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring a clean, sustainable operation.
Post waste removal, the blank body is deftly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring a streamlined process.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are gently guided into the tank by the traction mechanism in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart, ensuring consistent pressure maintenance.
Once cured, the products are seamlessly extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final touch.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, skillfully palletized, elegantly packed, and then efficiently transported to the storage yard, courtesy of advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
