1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section is used for processing and storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is the core section for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This section is used for making steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plate, manual (automatic) hanging mesh and automatic circulation of assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is pivotal for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is used for producing the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, manual (automatic) hanging mesh, and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is de-mudded by turning the crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where the product's side, horizontal, and vertical cutting is completed.
The cut body is then processed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle any corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
