1. Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for producing autoclaved aerated concrete include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the exacting processing and careful storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the crucial section for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for concrete plates is fabricated, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section vital for the superior production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) is crafted for concrete plates, incorporating manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame with the billet body is demolded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting.
The cut body is then handled by the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Subsequently, the blank body is managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car for final processing.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
Post curing, the finished autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
