AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The AAC production process begins with the careful selection and processing of high-quality raw materials. Typically, these include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), which form the foundation of our autoclaved aerated coagulation.
This vital section is dedicated to the efficient processing and systematic storage of these essential raw materials, ensuring a seamless start to the production journey.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment represents the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, playing a pivotal role in the overall manufacturing process.
Here, we expertly craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) required for AAC plates. The process involves both manual and automatic handling, alongside the innovative automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This stage is another core element of AAC slab production, ensuring that each slab meets our high standards.
In this process, we focus on creating the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessities, utilizing manual or automatic mesh hanging, and seamlessly integrating automatic frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The precision cutting section involves expertly demudding the mold-loaded billet body with a turning crane. The billet, paired with the side plate, is meticulously placed on the cutting car. Here, the product is finely molded through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring a clean and eco-friendly process.
Post waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body preparation, maintaining order and precision.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave for pressure maintenance via our advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart. This step is crucial for achieving the desired product strength and durability.
Once cured, the ferry cart skillfully extracts the autoclaved products, preparing them for seamless transition to the finished product packaging area.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. Using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, they are then transported to the storage yard, ready for delivery.
