AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Delve into the heart of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where our commitment to excellence starts with the meticulous processing of the finest raw materials. Premium sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) are expertly handled to ensure unparalleled quality.
This vital section is dedicated to the flawless processing and systematic storage of our key raw materials, setting the stage for superior product creation.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the epicenter of our innovative operation, fueling the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we masterfully fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automated hanging mesh techniques. Our process is further enhanced by the smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring efficiency and precision.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the core of our production, crucial to crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with consistency and excellence.
This is where we create the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. By utilizing both manual and automated mesh hanging techniques, alongside the automatic circulation of assembly frames, we ensure superior product integrity.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is carefully placed on the cutting car. Here, meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts sculpt the final product shape with precision.
The ground turning table is instrumental in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, culminating in the creation of a finely crafted cut body.
Post waste removal, the blank body is handled with precision by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal and refined results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With expert precision, the assembled cakes are conveyed into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they are maintained under constant pressure to achieve flawless results.
Once curing is complete, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and transported seamlessly to the finished product packaging section, ready for the next phase.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, and precision packing. They are then transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they reach you in perfect condition.
