AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The innovative composition of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production line includes a meticulous blend of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, and gypsum, augmented by aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and other premium materials.
This essential stage is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of high-quality raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section forms the heart of our autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring superior quality and consistency.
Here, we craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the creation of durable autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic hanging mesh systems for seamless assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This vital stage serves as the production epicenter for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring optimal material handling and curing.
In this section, we produce robust steel meshes (mesh cages) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, utilizing manual and automatic systems for efficient assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Using a sophisticated turning crane, the mold frame loaded with the billet body undergoes demudding, followed by precise placement on a cutting car. The product achieves its final shape through expertly executed side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The finished body is meticulously completed by a ground turning table, allowing for the removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring an eco-friendly process.
Upon waste removal, the blank body is seamlessly finalized by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, maintaining operational efficiency.
5. Autoclaving Section
Our expertly assembled cakes are gently introduced into the autoclaves via a sophisticated traction mechanism and ferry cart system, undergoing precise pressure maintenance.
Post-autoclave curing, the ferry cart deftly pulls the autoclaved products out, transporting them to the packaging section for final preparation.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following the autoclaving process, the products are methodically sorted, palletized, and securely packed. Our advanced packaging and conveying systems ensure smooth transportation to the storage yard, maintaining product integrity.
