1.Raw Material Processing Section
The essential ingredients utilized in the innovative production of autoclaved aerated coagulation are specifically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and careful storage of fundamental raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart for crafting superior-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this section, essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for premium autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, involving manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This crucial phase acts as the core area for producing high-caliber autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, utilizing manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and efficient automatic assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting section
The mold frame, burdened with the billet body, undergoes demudding via a turning crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where the product achieves cutting precision through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
The cut body is elegantly completed by the ground turning table to remove and expertly recycle the corner waste.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly concluded by the adept marshalling crane and the efficient marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving section
The carefully assembled cakes are introduced into the tank for steady pressure maintenance by the efficient traction mechanism before the autoclaves and the convenient ferry cart.
Upon autoclave curing, products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart and transported seamlessly to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
The cakes emerging from the autoclave undergo systematic sorting, palletizing, and packaging. They are then adeptly transported to the storage yard by the state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment after being meticulously separated.
