AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The inception of our AAC production begins with an intricate blend of top-quality raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), meticulously selected for their optimal efficacy.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the sophisticated processing and systematic storage of these essential raw materials, ensuring a flawless start to the production journey.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the central hub for crafting premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, where precision and innovation converge.
Here, we skillfully create the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for our AAC plates. The process includes both manual and automated stages for hanging mesh and ensures seamless automatic circulation within the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section remains the heart of our advanced production, essential for the formation of high-caliber autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the crafting of essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our AAC plates takes place, employing both manual and automated techniques for hanging mesh, complemented by automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame laden with the billet body is expertly de-mudded using a turning crane. The billet, alongside the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, mastering cutting into precise molds with side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut body is efficiently processed via a ground turning table, expertly removing and recycling corner waste to maintain sustainability.
Subsequent to waste removal, the billet body proceeds to final assembly, directed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring precision and efficiency.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are seamlessly conveyed into the autoclave tank via a state-of-the-art traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo precise pressure maintenance.
Post-autoclaving, the finished products are smoothly extracted by the ferry cart, advancing to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final touches in our production masterpiece.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After the meticulous steaming process, our cakes are diligently sorted, skillfully palletized, and carefully packed. They are then transported to the storage yard by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, marking the culmination of our superior production process.
