AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In our cutting-edge AAC production, we utilize key raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste) to create superior products.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of essential raw materials, ensuring the highest standards in quality control.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section serves as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets efficiency.
Here, we craft the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for our AAC plates, utilizing both manual and automatic processes. Our advanced circulation systems streamline the assembly frame's seamless integration.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is integral to the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, maintaining our commitment to excellence.
The sophisticated steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC plates is expertly crafted here, alongside manual and automatic mesh hanging, complemented by our state-of-the-art assembly frame circulation system.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes precise demudding by the crane. The blank body and side plate are methodically positioned on the cutting car, where cutting is expertly executed in side, horizontal, and vertical dimensions.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainability in our production process.
Following waste removal, the blank body is meticulously marshalled by the crane and ferry car for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The expertly assembled cakes are seamlessly conveyed into the autoclaves for precise pressure maintenance, thanks to our advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Upon autoclave curing, the products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and efficiently transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Once steamed out of the autoclave, our cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packaged, then transported to the storage yard via our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring excellence in every product.
