AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the intricate world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we expertly handle and refine top-quality raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring unparalleled quality.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our fundamental raw materials, guaranteeing efficiency and excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the powerhouse of our operations, propelling the manufacturing of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
Here, we skillfully construct the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing a blend of manual and automated hanging mesh techniques, along with a flawless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is the core of our production process, essential for producing top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched quality.
In this pivotal section, we create the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, using both manual and automatic mesh hanging, combined with the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the mold-loaded billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is precisely placed on the cutting car. Expert side, horizontal, and vertical cuts sculpt the final product shape with accuracy.
The ground turning table is essential in efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, completing the cut body with impeccable precision.
Following waste removal, the blank body is handled with precision by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car to ensure optimal results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous attention, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining consistent pressure for flawless, high-quality results.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transitioned to the finished product packaging section for further processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then efficiently conveyed to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring pristine condition.

We wield precision cutting tools like the plasma cutting machine imported from Sweden alongside a high-precision laser cutting machine. Our robust metal plate processing abilities are exemplified by a mighty 2000 tons hydraulic press. For outstanding machining, we employ Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and an advanced horizontal machining center.
