1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the initial phase of creating superior autoclaved aerated coagulation blocks, we use a rich blend of premium materials including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), setting the stage for excellence.
This crucial section is tasked with the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these essential raw materials, ensuring a seamless start to the production journey.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Here lies the heart of our production line, where the magic of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs truly begins. This central hub of activity orchestrates the creation of steel mesh, the backbone of our concrete slabs.
In this pivotal section, we skillfully craft the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the robust autoclaved aerated concrete plates. Whether manually or automatically, we ensure the hanging mesh and the seamless circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section represents the core of transformation within our production line, where the slurry begins its metamorphosis into solid slabs.
Here, we prepare the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for each aerated concrete plate, expertly coordinating manual or automatic hanging and assembly frame circulation, ensuring unparalleled precision and quality.
4. Cutting Section
Once the mold frame is deftly demudded by the turning crane, the blank body, accompanied by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Here, precision cutting-side, horizontal, and vertical-brings the product's design to life.
Subsequently, the expertly cut body undergoes a secondary refinement process, where the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, optimizing sustainability.
With waste expertly eliminated, the blank body is gracefully maneuvered by the marshalling crane and ferry car, completing this essential phase with finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this crucial section, the intricately assembled cakes are gently guided into the tank by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, where they undergo precise, constant pressure maintenance for perfection.
Upon achieving autoclave-cured perfection, the products are carefully extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready to make their debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The culmination of our meticulous process, the steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, and packed with precision. Our packaging and conveying equipment ensures they are safely transported to the storage yard, ready to impress.
