1. Raw Material Processing Section

The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).

This crucial section handles the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials, setting the foundation for high-quality production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation
&Circulation

This segment is pivotal for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the strength and durability of the final product.

In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. It includes manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This is another core section for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, focusing on the crucial steps of pouring and pre-curing to ensure optimal product quality.

It facilitates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, including manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

Here, the mold frame containing the billet body is demoulded by turning the crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting completes the product's formation.

The cut body is further processed at the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste, ensuring environmental responsibility and resource efficiency.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, which prepare it for the next production phase.

5. Autoclaving Section

Assembled cakes are transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart. This section ensures the structural integrity and quality of the finished product.

After curing, the products are efficiently transported out of the autoclave by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products Classification & Packaging

Post-steaming, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
