1.Raw Material Processing Section
In the world of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, our raw materials consist of meticulously selected sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), ensuring a superior final product.
This essential section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of vital raw materials, setting the stage for exceptional production outcomes.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This pivotal section forms the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision meets innovation.
Here, we craft the robust steel mesh (mesh cage) indispensable for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This stage includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside seamless assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This integral section serves as the core hub for creating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, embodying advanced engineering.
We fabricate the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, featuring manual and automated mesh suspension, complemented by automatic frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
Within this section, the mold frame with the billet is expertly demudded via a turning crane. The blank, paired with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, achieving precision in side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The meticulous cutting process culminates as the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank is adeptly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car for seamless processing.
5.Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are directed into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and preceding ferry cart.
Upon completion of curing, the products emerge from the autoclave, transported by ferry cart to the finished product packaging section for final touches.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The post-autoclave cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packing. They are then transported to the storage yard via state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.
