AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey of creating autoclaved aerated coagulation products begins with the meticulous processing of essential raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This vital section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of raw materials, ensuring optimal conditions for the production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section serves as the heart of the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring seamless operations.
This area specializes in crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It includes manual (or automatic) mesh handling and the fully automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential section is at the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, focusing on streamlined operations.
Dedicated to crafting the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section handles both manual (or automatic) mesh setup and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes a precise demudding process via a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then placed onto the cutting car, where meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product to perfection.
The ground turning table ensures the finished cut body is processed efficiently by removing and recycling corner waste, optimizing material use and minimizing waste.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring smooth transition to subsequent stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
Precision and pressure maintenance are crucial here, as the assembled cakes make their way into the autoclave tank via the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring consistent quality.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are efficiently extracted by the ferry cart, ready for their journey to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Following the steaming process, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. The packaging and conveying equipment ensures these freshly processed items are transported to the storage yard with efficiency and care.
