AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our high-quality autoclaved aerated coagulation production lies in the careful selection of raw materials. We employ a sophisticated blend comprising sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and either aluminum powder or paste, ensuring robust and durable products.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of all necessary raw materials, setting the stage for superior production outcomes.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
Here lies the heart of our operations – the core section responsible for producing the finest autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This segment is pivotal for crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. It features both manual and automated mesh hanging, along with an automatic assembly frame circulation system, optimizing efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Once again, we highlight the core section, crucial for producing top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It plays a vital role in crafting the required steel mesh (mesh cage) for the concrete plates, featuring both manual and automated mesh hanging, alongside the automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Our precision cutting process involves the demudding of the mold frame using a turning crane. The blank body, paired with its side plate, is expertly placed on the cutting car. Here, it undergoes comprehensive cutting, encompassing side, horizontal, and vertical dimensions, to achieve the perfect product mold.
The ground turning table efficiently completes the cutting body by removing and recycling corner waste, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is finalized with the help of the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring seamless production flow.
5. Autoclaving Section
Our sophisticated traction mechanism, positioned in front of the autoclaves, alongside the strategic ferry cart, facilitates the entry of assembled cakes into the tank. This ensures constant pressure maintenance for optimal curing.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing process, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the products, readying them for transportation to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclaving, the meticulously steamed cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and packaging. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment ensures they are safely transported to the storage yard, awaiting their journey to the world.
