AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the fundamental raw materials are sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting addition of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is meticulously crafted for the precise processing and efficient storage of these indispensable raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a crucial section where innovation seamlessly merges with precision.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly manufactured. The process encompasses seamless manual (or automatic) mesh handling and a sophisticated system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is pivotal in transforming the raw elements of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs into solid reality.
Within this dynamic environment, the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage) is executed with precision. It involves both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this realm of engineering elegance, the mold frame, carrying the billet body, is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts to achieve impeccable molding.
The masterpiece takes shape as the cut body is deftly managed by the ground turning table, efficiently removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is skillfully handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, completing this phase with finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are gracefully guided into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart, strategically positioned in front of the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge triumphantly, extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for their grand debut.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Fresh from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and are then efficiently transported to the storage yard. All of this is orchestrated by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
