1.Raw Material Processing Section

Transforming natural resources into building wonders, our AAC block systems utilize sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder to form the foundation of your construction dreams.

In this vital section, raw materials are expertly processed and stored, ensuring the purity and quality of each element.

2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation

This pivotal section orchestrates the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision and excellence.

Here, the essential steel mesh components are crafted, combining manual and automatic processes for mesh hanging and assembly frame circulation.

3.Pouring and pre-curing section

This integral stage ensures the flawless creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

Expert craftsmanship is employed for steel mesh production, incorporating both manual and automatic methods for hanging and frame circulation.

4.Cutting section

In this precise cutting phase, the molded billet is expertly de-molded and cut by advanced horizontal and vertical techniques, achieving the perfect form.

Precision waste removal and recycling are executed seamlessly as the turning table processes the cut bodies.
Post-waste removal, meticulous marshalling ensures each blank body is perfectly aligned and ready for the next stage.

5.Autoclaving section

Our state-of-the-art autoclaving process maintains constant pressure, with traction mechanisms and ferry carts ensuring seamless operation.

After autoclaving, finished products are efficiently transported to the packaging section, ready for distribution.
