AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The core ingredients used in the intricately designed autoclaved aerated coagulation production process typically include high-quality sand (fly ash), lime, premium cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of these crucial raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment serves as the heart of our innovative production line, specifically tailored for crafting exceptional autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the essential steel mesh (or mesh cage) required for the superior autoclaved aerated concrete plate is expertly manufactured. This includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging, along with seamless automated circulation within the assembly framework.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is another crucial part of our streamlined production process, focusing on the efficient creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is instrumental in the production of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, with options for manual or automated mesh hanging and a smooth automated assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, is skillfully demudded using a precision crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then expertly placed on a cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the desired product shape.
Post-cutting, the body is meticulously handled by the ground turning table, which efficiently removes and recycles any corner waste, ensuring sustainability and minimal waste.
Once waste removal is complete, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring perfect alignment and organization.
5. Autoclaving Section
The perfectly assembled cakes are carefully transferred into the autoclaves for constant pressure maintenance using a sophisticated traction mechanism and a reliable ferry cart system positioned strategically in front of the autoclaves.
After enduring the autoclaving process, the cured products are efficiently extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The freshly autoclaved cakes undergo a thorough classification process, followed by precise palletization and packaging. They are then expertly conveyed to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for prompt distribution.
