1. Raw Material Processing Section

The foundation of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production is built with precision and care. We meticulously select raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) to ensure unparalleled quality and performance.

This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of the essential raw materials, setting the stage for the entire production process.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation

This core section revolutionizes the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring strength and durability.

Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly crafted. Through a blend of manual (automatic) processes and efficient automatic circulation, the assembly frame is seamlessly managed.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This crucial segment is essential for producing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

It specializes in crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for concrete plates, employing a harmonious mix of manual (automatic) hanging mesh techniques and cutting-edge automatic circulation within the assembly frame.

4. Cutting Section

In this dynamic section, the mold frame loaded with billet body undergoes a seamless transformation. A turning crane expertly demuds the mold, and the blank body, along with the side plate, is gracefully placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, achieving perfect molding.

Advanced ground turning tables meticulously handle the removal and recycling of corner waste, ensuring environmental responsibility and efficiency.
With waste expertly removed, the marshalling crane and ferry car diligently complete the blank body, ensuring nothing short of excellence.

5. Autoclaving Section

Through the advanced traction mechanism, assembled cakes are seamlessly guided into the tank for precise constant pressure maintenance. The ferry cart ensures smooth transport in and out of the autoclaves.

The autoclave-cured products emerge as exemplars of quality, efficiently moved by the ferry cart to the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The journey concludes as steamed cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard, thanks to our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring perfect delivery.
