AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the intricate creation of our autoclaved aerated coagulation blocks, the essential raw materials consist of sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), each contributing to the structural integrity and completion of our exemplary products.
This vital section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of the premium raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section stands as the cornerstone for crafting high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and excellence at every turn.
Dedicated to the fabrication of robust steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section also facilitates manual (or automated) mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
As a pivotal core in the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, this section exemplifies precision in the creation process, fostering superior quality.
Within this essential area, steel mesh (mesh cage) production takes place, vital for the creation of high-standard autoclaved aerated concrete plates, alongside manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the streamlined automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, carrying the billet body, undergoes meticulous demudding as it's turned by the crane. With precision, the blank body and side plate are placed on the cutting car, where product cutting is perfected with side, horizontal, and vertical incisions.
The corner waste is expertly removed and recycled by the adept ground turning table, ensuring sustainable practices.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, showcasing precision and organization.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the efficient traction mechanism and ferry cart, exemplifying the epitome of industrial engineering.
Once autoclave curing is complete, the ferry cart efficiently transports the cured products to the finished product packaging section, ensuring seamless transition and quality adherence.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After their intricate journey through the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring excellence in every batch.
