AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The meticulously chosen raw materials for the autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more, ensuring quality and durability.
This essential section facilitates the efficient processing and secure storage of raw materials, laying the groundwork for superior product creation.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
This section forms the heart of the production line for creating autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, pivotal for structural integrity.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated. This involves manual or automatic mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame, ensuring precision and efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section serves as the central hub for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, vital for shaping and curing.
Dedicated to crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the plates, this section includes both manual and automatic mesh hanging alongside the automatic circulation of the assembly frame, optimizing the workflow.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame with its billet body is demudded via a turning crane. The blank body, together with the side plate, is skillfully positioned on the cutting car. The product undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final form.
Using the ground turning table, the cut body is meticulously cleared of corner waste, which is recycled efficiently.
After waste removal, the blank body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring smooth progress to the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The strategically assembled cakes are seamlessly transported into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart situated in front of the autoclaves.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are extracted with precision by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging perfectly steamed from the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for dispatch.
