AAC Production Process

1.Raw Material Processing Section
The essential raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This pivotal section handles the crucial tasks of processing and storing raw materials efficiently.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section serves as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs production, ensuring robust results.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly fabricated, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging, and seamless assembly frame circulation.
3.Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section continues to be the core component in the production of high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
This part manages the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) crucial for concrete plates, featuring manual or automated mesh hanging and smooth assembly frame circulation.
4.Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame holding the billet body undergoes demudding by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is meticulously placed on the cutting car, achieving precise cutting molding through side, horizontal, and vertical slices.
The cut body undergoes further transformation as the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, maximizing material usage.
Once waste removal is completed, the blank body is adeptly managed by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for optimal processing.
5.Autoclaving Section
The intricately assembled cakes are ushered into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart stationed upfront.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are seamlessly extracted by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section for final handling.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then efficiently transported to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring pristine product readiness.
