1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are usually sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste) and so on.
This section encompasses the meticulous processing and secure storage of essential raw materials, ensuring high-quality and consistent feedstock for the production process.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This stage is the heart of the production line, crucial for crafting robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unparalleled precision.
Here, steel meshes (mesh cages) essential for forming AAC plates are fabricated. The process includes both manual and automated hanging of the meshes, along with an automatic circulation system for the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
Again, a pivotal stage in producing top-notch autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, this section ensures perfect consistency and strength.
This segment is responsible for crafting the vital steel meshes, utilizing both manual and automatic hanging systems and ensuring seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting section
In this phase, the mold frame bearing the billet is demolded using the turning crane. Subsequently, the billet, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. The product then undergoes precise cutting in side, horizontal, and vertical directions.
The billet is then placed on a ground turning table for removing and recycling corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post-waste removal, the billet is assembled using the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next stage.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled cakes are meticulously moved into the autoclave tank, where they undergo consistent pressure maintenance, ensuring optimal curing.
Post-curing, the ferry cart extracts the thoroughly cured products from the autoclave and conveys them to the final packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
Steamed and cured cakes are adeptly sorted, palletized, and securely packed. They are then transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
