1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials utilized in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (aluminum paste), and more.
This section is dedicated to the processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring that each component is prepared and available for production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This core section is pivotal for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring structural integrity and consistency.
This section fabricates the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate. It handles manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the seamless circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This crucial section focuses on the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is utilized for fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plate, facilitating both manual (automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, where side, horizontal, and vertical cuts are executed to complete the product's cutting and molding.
The cut body is completed by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Following waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring it is ready for the next stage.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are conveyed into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
Post autoclaving, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final stages.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring orderly and efficient handling.
