AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The core ingredients involved in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), each contributing to the excellence of the final product.
This essential section focuses on both the meticulous processing and secure storage of these vital raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section is the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs production, ensuring quality and efficiency.
In this stage, the crafting of steel mesh (or mesh cage) necessary for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is expertly handled, featuring manual or automatic mesh hanging and seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
This section is a crucial part in producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring top-notch quality and uniformity.
This stage involves fabricating the steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the concrete plates, with either manual or automatic hanging mesh, alongside flawless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, brimming with the billet body, is expertly demudded using a crane. The billet, along with its side plate, is then placed on a cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve perfect shape and form.
The expertly cut body undergoes further finesse with a ground turning table, skillfully removing and recycling corner waste for optimal resource use.
Post waste removal, the billet body is adeptly handled by a marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, optimizing the process flow.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are smoothly conveyed into the tank for consistent pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism, supported by the ferry cart positioned at the autoclave's forefront.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing process, the finished products are expertly extricated by the ferry cart and transported seamlessly to the final product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The steamed cakes, post-autoclave, are adeptly sorted, palletized, and packed, then efficiently transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring flawless organization and delivery.
