1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and meticulous storage of the raw materials, ensuring optimal quality for every production cycle.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the pivotal section for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs. It ensures the structural integrity and durability of the final products.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) is fabricated for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This process includes the incorporation of both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame for efficient production.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Another core section crucial for the production of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, focusing on quality and precision.
This section fabricates the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual (automatic) hanging mesh and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car for precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting, ensuring uniformity and perfection.
The cut body is then managed by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently, minimizing waste and enhancing sustainability.
Subsequently, the blank body is handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car for final processing, preparing it for the next stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are sent into the autoclave tank for consistent pressure maintenance using the advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring high-quality curing.
Post curing, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final stages of production.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After being steamed out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and readiness for distribution.
