AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the core of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we expertly handle premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring the highest quality from the start.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our essential raw materials, setting the stage for excellence.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section stands as the heartbeat of our operations, facilitating the production of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with precision.
Here, we skillfully create the vital steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This involves a combination of manual and automatic hanging mesh techniques, paired with an effortlessly smooth automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section acts as the core of our production process, essential for crafting superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this phase, we construct the crucial steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for our concrete plates, employing both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
At this stage, the mold-bearing billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, resting on the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car. Here, precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts refine the product's final shape with accuracy.
The ground turning table plays a pivotal role in the efficient removal and recycling of corner waste, completing the cut body with unmatched precision.
Following waste removal, the blank body is handled with precision by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, ensuring optimal and flawless results.
5. Autoclaving Section
With accuracy, the assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining constant pressure to ensure impeccable results.
Post-curing, the autoclaved products are skillfully extracted by the ferry cart and effortlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section, maintaining their pristine condition.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and meticulously packed. They are then moved to the storage yard with the aid of our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring their readiness for dispatch.

For machining excellence, we rely on Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and an advanced horizontal machining center.
