1. Raw Material Processing Section

At the heart of Teeyer AAC block making solutions, the initial stage involves meticulous preparation of raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring high-quality production.

This pivotal section facilitates the processing and optimal storage of essential raw materials, setting the foundation for superior AAC product quality.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

Serving as a critical component, this section is designed for the efficient manufacturing of the essential steel mesh required for autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.

This section adeptly crafts the steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automated processes for hanging mesh and enabling a seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

This is another core element, pivotal for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring precision and consistency in slab quality.

Here, the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC plates continues, with a focus on manual and automated mesh hanging and the smooth circulation of the assembly framework.

4. Cutting Section

The innovative mold frame technology allows for precise demoulding of the billet body. This is achieved with a turning crane, transferring the blank body and side plate onto the cutting car, executing meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.

Advanced techniques ensure the cut body is managed efficiently, removing and recycling corner waste using ground turning tables.
Following waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car finalize the blank body preparation, readying it for the subsequent stages.

5. Autoclaving Section

The state-of-the-art system ensures assembled cakes are meticulously maintained at constant pressure within the autoclaves, thanks to a robust traction mechanism and ferry cart operation.

Post-autoclave curing, the expertly finished products are extracted by ferry cart and transitioned smoothly to the finished product packaging area.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

In the concluding phase, the perfectly autoclaved cakes undergo sorting, palletizing, and packaging. They are then seamlessly transported to the storage yard via advanced packaging and conveying systems, ensuring readiness for distribution.
