AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The autoclaved aerated coagulation production process begins with the refinement of premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of essential raw materials, ensuring optimal quality and readiness.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This crucial section acts as the heart of our production line, specializing in the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this phase, high-precision steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, with options for manual or automatic mesh handling, and seamless automatic circulation of assembly frames.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section forms the core of the production line for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the foundational integrity and strength of the products.
It involves the precise creation of essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, enabling manual or automatic mesh handling, alongside automated circulation of assembly frames for efficiency.
4. Cutting Section
In this stage, the mold frame along with the billet body is expertly demudded using a turning crane. The billet, together with the side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car, where cutting molds are precisely executed through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The meticulous cutting process is completed by utilizing a ground turning table, which effectively removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring sustainable production practices.
Post waste removal, the blank body undergoes a systematic process with the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring seamless assembly and preparation for subsequent stages.
5. Autoclaving Section
In this phase, assembled cakes are meticulously progressed into the autoclaves for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by a robust traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Post-autoclaving, the cured products are efficiently extracted and transported to the finished product packaging section using the ferry cart, ensuring quality preservation.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After exiting the autoclave, the steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packaged. They are then seamlessly transferred to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ready for dispatch.
