1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our AAC block brick making marvel begins with the meticulous preparation of raw materials. This includes sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This essential section is dedicated to the precise processing and efficient storage of our raw materials, ensuring a seamless production flow.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal area serves as the beating heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where innovation meets precision.
Here, we skillfully create the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for AAC plates, featuring both manual (automatic) hanging mesh capabilities and an automated assembly frame circulation system for enhanced efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This indispensable segment represents the soul of AAC slab production, where foundational steps are executed with unmatched precision.
This section accommodates the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) critical for AAC plates, with options for manual (automatic) hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame holding the billet body is expertly demudded using the crane. With precision, the blank body, alongside the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, completing the cutting process through side, horizontal, and vertical precision cuts.
The cut body undergoes ground turning table operations to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste, minimizing environmental impact.
After waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car expertly complete the blank body, readying it for the next production phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are gracefully transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance via advanced traction mechanisms and ferry carts, ensuring consistency and quality.
Once autoclaved to perfection, products are expertly extracted and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, ready for the market.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly autoclaved cakes are sorted, palletized, and professionally packed, then transported by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment to the storage yard, ready to meet the world.
