AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section: Laying the Foundation for Excellence
The essential ingredients that drive the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This pivotal section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of premium raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating: Enhancing Structural Integrity
& Circulation: Seamless Integration and Flow
This section serves as the backbone of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring precision and efficiency.
This is where steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, featuring both manual and automated hanging meshes, alongside an advanced automatic circulation assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section: The Heart of AAC Production
This pivotal section plays a critical role in shaping high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Essential for crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) used in autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this section also handles manual and automated mesh hanging, as well as automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section: Precision Craftsmanship for Perfect Blocks
The mold frame, loaded with billet bodies, undergoes demudding via a crane operation. Carefully placed on the cutting car, the product is meticulously shaped by side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring maximum material utilization.
After waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car complete the blank body marshalling process.
5. Autoclaving Section: The Final Touch of Perfection
The assembled cakes are expertly sent into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After curing, the autoclave-finished products are extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly transported to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products: Quality Ensured and Ready for Market
Classification & Packaging: Organizing Excellence
Once steamed, cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and then efficiently transported to the storage yard, all courtesy of state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
