1. Raw Material Processing Section

The journey of creating premium autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) begins with the meticulous selection and processing of raw materials. This includes sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste), essential to forging the perfect blend for AAC production.

This critical section ensures the precise processing and storage of valuable raw materials, setting the foundation for quality production.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This central hub is the heartbeat of AAC slab production, where innovation meets engineering excellence.

Here, the intricate process of crafting steel mesh (or mesh cage) unfolds, integral to AAC slab construction. It involves both manual and automatic methods for hanging mesh, seamlessly integrated with an automated circulation system for the assembly frame.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

A pivotal stage in AAC slab creation, this section merges precision engineering with cutting-edge technology.

The sophisticated process of forming steel meshes and cages is executed here, incorporating both manual handling and automated mesh circulation systems.

4. Cutting Section

In this phase, the billet body held in the mold frame is skillfully demudded by a turning crane. Subsequently, the blank body, along with its side plate, is positioned on a cutting car. Cutting is executed with precision—through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts—delivering a product molded to perfection.

The adept ground turning table plays a pivotal role here, as it efficiently removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal loss and maximum efficiency.
Upon waste removal, the blank body undergoes a seamless process of marshalling, facilitated by a marshalling crane and ferry car, priming it for the next stages of production.

5. Autoclaving Section

With unmatched precision, assembled cakes are ushered into the autoclave tank. Here, they undergo constant pressure maintenance, orchestrated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring optimal curing conditions.

Once the curing process culminates, finished AAC products are expertly extracted from the autoclave. They are then seamlessly transported to the packaging section, ready to be introduced to the world as premium AAC blocks.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, and packed. This precise process, guided by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensures the products are transported to the storage yard with utmost care and efficiency.
