AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The journey begins with the selection and processing of prime raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste). These foundational elements are essential in crafting autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) products.
This essential phase is dedicated to the meticulous processing and secure storage of the raw materials, ensuring readiness for the subsequent stages of production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating & Circulation

This section stands as the centerpiece of the AAC block creation, facilitating the seamless production of robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Crucial for crafting autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this segment involves the fabrication of steel mesh (mesh cage), with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging, and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is integral to the production pipeline of AAC slabs, ensuring quality and consistency in every piece.
Instrumental in the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) for AAC plates, this process incorporates both manual and automatic mesh hanging, alongside the seamless automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes a transformation as the crane deftly demoulds it. The blank body, paired with the side plate, is expertly positioned on the cutting car, undergoing a precise cutting process in multiple dimensions: side, horizontal, and vertical.
The sophisticated ground turning table ensures the cut body is meticulously freed from corner waste, which is then recycled to maintain environmental responsibility.
Post-waste removal, the marshalling crane and ferry car collaborate gracefully, completing the blank body's journey through the cutting phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The intricately assembled cakes are smoothly conveyed into the autoclave tanks, where they undergo a period of constant pressure maintenance facilitated by the adept traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
Upon reaching perfection, the autoclave-cured products are expertly extracted by the ferry cart and efficiently transported to the final packaging section, ready for delivery.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The journey culminates as the steamed cakes emerge from the autoclave, meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed via cutting-edge equipment to the storage yard, ensuring they are ready for market distribution.
