AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, our process employs a sophisticated blend of raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of essential raw materials, forming the backbone of our production process.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This pivotal section stands as the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production.
Here, we specialize in crafting the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates. This involves manual (or automatic) mesh handling, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Regarded as the central hub for autoclaved aerated concrete slab fabrication, this section is vital.
This area focuses on creating the critical steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for our concrete plates, using both manual and automatic mesh handling, combined with the efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
The process begins with the mold frame, loaded with the billet body, which is skillfully demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, complete with its side plate, is then carefully placed onto the cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final shape.
Utilizing the ground turning table, the cut body is expertly completed, ensuring the effective removal and recycling of corner waste.
Once waste removal is finalized, the blank body is seamlessly completed by the marshalling crane and efficiently transferred by the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
The meticulously assembled cakes are transported into the tank via a powerful traction mechanism positioned in front of the autoclaves and the ferry cart, ensuring consistent pressure maintenance.
Upon completion of the autoclave curing process, the products are gently pulled out by the ferry cart and directed to the finished product packaging section for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After their journey through the autoclave, the cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, packed, and finally transported to the storage yard, all facilitated by our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring readiness for distribution.
