AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials employed in the autoclaved aerated coagulation production process typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This crucial section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and strategic storage of essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment is the pivotal heart of producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted, enabling manual or automatic mesh hanging with seamless automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment stands as the core section for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Specialized in crafting the steel mesh (mesh cage) vital for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, this part facilitates both manual and automatic mesh hanging along with efficient automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demudded using a rotating crane. The blank body, alongside the side plate, is then placed on the cutting car, where it undergoes precision cutting through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing to achieve the desired product form.
Post-cutting, the ground turning table adeptly removes and recycles corner waste, ensuring minimal material wastage.
Once the waste is eliminated, the marshalling crane, together with the marshalling ferry car, completes the process for the blank body, ensuring seamless continuation.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are expertly conveyed into the tank by the precise traction mechanism and ferry cart in front, maintaining a constant pressure environment in the autoclaves for optimal curing results.
Upon curing, the ferry cart efficiently extracts the autoclave-cured products, smoothly transporting them to the finished product packaging section for final processing.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the steamed cakes are expertly sorted, palletized, and packed. These are then conveyed to the storage yard by the advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring efficient organization and storage.
