1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials employed in the production of autoclaved aerated coagulation include high-quality sand (fly ash), premium lime, robust cement, refined gypsum, and aluminum powder (or paste).
This critical section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and efficient storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This integral section forms the backbone of the autoclaved aerated concrete slabs production process.
Here, steel mesh (or mesh cage) essential for the production is crafted, with options for manual or automatic mesh hanging and seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This pivotal section is fundamental to the efficient production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is designed for creating steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the slabs, alongside manual or automated mesh hanging and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame, loaded with the billet body, undergoes demudding via a crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car. Product cutting is achieved through side, horizontal, and vertical slicing.
The precision-cut body is finalized by the ground turning table, which removes and recycles any corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is assembled by the marshalling crane and transported via the marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are meticulously sent into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance by the traction mechanism and the ferry cart.
The autoclave-cured products are then extracted by the ferry cart and directed to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclave-processed cakes are systematically sorted, palletized, and packed. They are then expertly transported to the storage yard by advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
