1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, our meticulous selection of raw materials is paramount. We harness the power of sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste) to create superior quality products.
This pivotal section is dedicated to the precise processing and optimal storage of these essential raw materials, ensuring consistency and quality in production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
As the heart of our manufacturing process, this section expertly crafts the steel mesh crucial for producing robust autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this phase, we produce the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates. The process involves both manual and automated techniques for hanging the mesh and seamlessly integrates the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This essential segment ensures the creation of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, setting the stage for quality and durability.
Utilizing advanced methods, this section produces the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage), combining manual and automatic processes for mesh hanging, alongside sophisticated automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the mold frame, cradling the billet body, undergoes meticulous demudding via the crane. The billet, with its side plate, is adeptly maneuvered onto the cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts bring the product to life.
Subsequent to the cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles any corner waste, ensuring sustainability.
Post-waste removal, the billet body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, preparing it for the next phase.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tanks for precise, constant pressure maintenance, facilitated by the advanced traction mechanism and the ferry cart preceding it.
Once cured, the products are gracefully pulled from the autoclave, courtesy of the ferry cart, and delivered to the final packaging section, ready for market introduction.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a sophisticated sorting, palletizing, and packing process. Our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment ensures they are efficiently transported to the storage yard, perfectly prepared for distribution.
