AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Delve into the intricate AAC production process, where we precisely handle and prepare top-tier raw materials such as sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum additives (either powder or paste).
This crucial phase is committed to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our vital raw materials, ensuring quality at the source.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This critical section forms the core of our manufacturing operations, facilitating the creation of superior autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this stage, we skillfully develop the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our AAC plates, employing both manual craftsmanship and automated mesh hanging techniques, along with a streamlined automatic circulation system for seamless efficiency.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This segment is the heart of our manufacturing line, vital for producing high-grade autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we fabricate the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for our AAC plates, using both manual and automated mesh hanging processes, complemented by the automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold-held billet body undergoes efficient demoulding via a turning crane. Precisely supported by the side plate, it is positioned on the cutting car. Here, accurate side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the final product form.
The ground turning table is pivotal in extracting and recycling corner waste, finalizing the cut body with precision and care.
After waste removal, the blank body is skillfully managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring optimal product handling.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous care, the assembled product layers are moved into the autoclave tanks by the traction system and ferry cart, maintaining consistent pressure for impeccable results.
Following curing, the autoclaved products are expertly retrieved by the ferry cart and smoothly transferred to the final product packaging stage.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Post-autoclave, the cakes are sorted, palletized, and packed with precision. They are then conveyed to the storage area, supported by our cutting-edge packaging and transportation systems.
