AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Dive into the core of our autoclaved aerated coagulation production, where we expertly process high-grade raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring the foundation for superior quality products.
This critical section is devoted to the meticulous processing and organized storage of our fundamental raw materials, setting the stage for excellence in production.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section represents the epicenter of our production operations, propelling the creation of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs with unmatched precision.
Within this realm, we masterfully create the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, using both manual and automatic mesh hanging techniques, complemented by a flawless automatic frame circulation process.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section functions as the core of our production process, crucial for producing high-caliber autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we meticulously fabricate the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) required for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing a synergy of manual and automated mesh hanging and seamless assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this phase, the mold-loaded billet body is skillfully demudded using a turning crane. The blank body is poised on the cutting car, supported by the side plate, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts carve out the final product shape with precision.
The ground turning table is pivotal in the removal and recycling of corner waste, executing the cut body with exceptional precision and care.
Following waste removal, the blank body undergoes precise handling by the marshalling crane and ferry car, ensuring optimal results in every cut.
5. Autoclaving Section
With precision, the assembled cakes are smoothly guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, maintaining consistent pressure for impeccable curing results.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are expertly withdrawn by the ferry cart and seamlessly delivered to the finished product packaging section, ready for the final steps.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and packing. Our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment facilitate their transportation to the storage yard, ensuring every product is handled with care and precision.

Our metal plate processing capabilities are bolstered by a mighty 2000 tons hydraulic press. To achieve machining excellence, we employ Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a sophisticated horizontal machining center.
