AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
Immerse yourself in the vital autoclaved aerated coagulation production process, meticulously engineered for the processing of top-tier raw materials, including sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste).
This crucial section is devoted to the exacting processing and organized storage of our indispensable raw materials, laying the foundation for superior quality.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This segment operates as the powerhouse of our facility, energizing the creation of elite autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
In this pivotal area, we skillfully construct the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, integrating both manual and automated mesh hanging techniques, alongside a flawless automatic circulation system for the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
Functioning as the core of our production process, this section is vital for the manufacture of top-tier autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we meticulously create the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for our autoclaved aerated concrete plates, employing both manual and automated mesh hanging strategies, paired with automatic circulation of the assembly frames.
4. Cutting Section
During this phase, the mold-encased billet body is adeptly demudded with a turning crane. The blank body, supported by the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where precise lateral, horizontal, and vertical cuts sculpt the final product shape with impeccable precision.
The ground turning table is instrumental in the removal and recycling of corner waste, completing the cut body with exceptional finesse.
Following waste removal, the blank body is handled with exactness by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car to ensure supreme outcomes.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous care, the assembled cakes are guided into the autoclave tanks by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, upholding consistent pressure to achieve flawless results.
After curing, the autoclaved products are expertly removed by the ferry cart and seamlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Upon emerging from the autoclave, the cakes undergo meticulous sorting, palletizing, and precise packing. They are then conveyed to the storage yard, all facilitated by our cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring every product is handled with utmost care.

Our metal plate processing capabilities are enhanced by a powerful 2000-ton hydraulic press. In pursuit of machining excellence, we employ Taiwan's vertical machining center, a CNC gantry boring and milling machine, and a sophisticated horizontal machining center.
