AAC Production Process

1. Raw Material Processing Section
In the captivating realm of autoclaved aerated coagulation production, the indispensable raw materials comprise sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and the enchanting influence of aluminum powder (aluminum paste), among others.
This section is expertly crafted for the meticulous processing and efficient storage of these crucial raw materials, ensuring seamless integration into our production line.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This is the dynamic core of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, a critical section where cutting-edge innovation harmonizes with precision engineering.
Here, the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is skillfully fabricated. The process includes flawless manual (or automatic) mesh handling and a state-of-the-art system for the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section, pivotal to the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, is where the innovative process materializes into a tangible and sturdy form.
Within this dynamic setting, steel mesh (mesh cage) fabrication is executed with precision. It includes both manual and automatic mesh handling, enhanced by the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
Here, the elegance of engineering unfolds as the mold frame, cradling the billet body, is seamlessly demudded by a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is meticulously positioned on the cutting car, undergoing precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts for impeccable molding.
The resulting masterpiece emerges as the cut body is gracefully managed by the ground turning table to efficiently eliminate and recycle corner waste, underscoring our commitment to sustainability.
Following waste removal, the blank body is expertly maneuvered by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car, concluding this stage with unparalleled finesse.
5. Autoclaving Section
With meticulous precision, the assembled cakes are elegantly guided into the tank for unwavering pressure maintenance. This is facilitated by the traction mechanism and ferry cart, both strategically positioned before the autoclaves.
The autoclave-cured products emerge victoriously, extracted by the ferry cart and seamlessly conveyed to the finished product packaging section, poised for their grand presentation.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly released from the autoclave, the cakes undergo a meticulous process of sorting, palletizing, packing, and efficient transportation to the storage yard. This is all orchestrated by cutting-edge packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring a flawless transition from production to storage.
