1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and *** (aluminum paste).
This section focuses on the processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This is the pivotal section for manufacturing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It involves the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) needed for the concrete slabs, manual (automatic) hanging of the mesh, and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is crucial for producing autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It facilitates the formation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the concrete plates, manual (automatic) hanging of the mesh, and automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame loaded with the billet body is demoulded by the turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut body is handled by the ground turning table to remove and recycle corner waste efficiently.
Post waste removal, the blank body is finalized by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are introduced into the autoclave for constant pressure maintenance using the traction mechanism and ferry cart.
After curing, the products are extracted from the autoclave by the ferry cart and transported to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Steamed cakes are sorted, palletized, packed, and transported to the storage yard by the packaging and conveying equipment after separation.
