1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production are typically sand (or fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This section is dedicated to the precise processing and careful storage of all raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This stage is the pivotal segment for producing high-quality autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, the steel mesh (mesh cage) essential for autoclaved aerated concrete plates is crafted. It involves manual or automatic mesh hanging and the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This section is crucial for the creation of premium autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Within this stage, steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for the production of autoclaved aerated concrete plates is fabricated, involving manual (or automatic) mesh hanging and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting Section
The mold frame holding the billet is demolded using a turning crane. The billet, along with the side plate, is then placed on a cutting car, where it undergoes precise side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
The cut billet is then processed on the ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle the corner waste.
After waste removal, the billet is handled by the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car for the next stages of production.
5.Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are meticulously transferred into the autoclave for consistent pressure maintenance via the traction mechanism and ferry cart in front of the autoclaves.
Post-autoclave, the cured products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
The autoclaved cakes are then sorted, palletized, packed, and transferred to the storage yard by state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
