1. Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials for autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste). These components are essential for creating high-quality AAC products.
This section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and storage of raw materials, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation
This section is the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, where precision and efficiency are paramount.
In this section, steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the AAC plates is expertly crafted. It includes manual (automatic) hanging mesh processes and the automatic circulation of the assembly frame to ensure seamless production.
3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section
This core section is integral to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs, ensuring the initial stages of AAC formation are flawless.
This area handles the creation of steel mesh (mesh cage) necessary for AAC plates, incorporating both manual and automatic processes for hanging mesh and circulating the assembly frame.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, the mold frame containing the billet body is meticulously demudded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is then precisely positioned on the cutting car, where it undergoes side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve the final product shape.
After cutting, the ground turning table efficiently removes and recycles any corner waste, ensuring minimal material loss.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is expertly managed by the marshalling crane and ferry car, readying it for the next stage of production.
5. Autoclaving Section
The assembled cakes are carefully transported into the tank for constant pressure maintenance by a robust traction mechanism coupled with a ferry cart, ensuring perfect curing.
Once cured, the AAC products are pulled out of the autoclave by the ferry cart and conveyed to the finished product packaging section, maintaining seamless operation.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
After steaming out of the autoclave, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment, ensuring they are ready for delivery.
