1.Raw Material Processing Section
The raw materials used in autoclaved aerated coagulation production typically include sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, aluminum powder (or aluminum paste), among others.
This section is dedicated to the efficient processing and storage of raw materials.
2.Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
&Circulation
This section is pivotal for the creation of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
Here, we manufacture the essential steel mesh (mesh cage) required for the autoclaved aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic hanging mesh, alongside the seamless automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
3.Pouring and pre-curing section
This is another key section dedicated to the production of autoclaved aerated concrete slabs.
It is utilized for creating the indispensable steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, handling manual (or automatic) hanging mesh, and ensuring the automatic circulation of the assembly frame.
4.Cutting section
Here, the mold frame loaded with the billet body is demolded using a turning crane. The blank body, along with the side plate, is placed on the cutting car, completing the product's cutting molding through side, horizontal, and vertical cuts.
The cut body is then processed on a ground turning table to efficiently remove and recycle corner waste.
Post waste removal, the blank body is finalized using the marshalling crane and marshalling ferry car.
5.Autoclaving section
The assembled cakes are transported into the autoclave tank for constant pressure maintenance using traction mechanisms and ferry carts located in front of the autoclaves.
Once cured, the autoclaved products are extracted by the ferry cart and moved to the finished product packaging section.
6.Finished Products
Classification&Packaging
After autoclaving, the cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and conveyed to the storage yard using advanced packaging and conveying equipment.
