1. Raw Material Processing Section

The cornerstone of the autoclaved aerated coagulation production involves premium raw materials such as sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (aluminum paste), ensuring unmatched quality and solidity.

This essential section is dedicated to the meticulous processing and optimal storage of raw materials, setting the stage for superior product formation.

2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabricating
& Circulation

This pivotal segment serves as the heart of the autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring excellence in every slab.

Within this critical section, a seamless process creates the requisite steel mesh (mesh cage) for autoclaved aerated concrete plates, incorporating both manual and automatic mesh handling and assembly frame circulation.

3. Pouring and Pre-curing Section

A vital core segment for autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, ensuring every slab's integrity and durability.

Dedicated to crafting the essential steel mesh (mesh cage), this section facilitates manual and automatic mesh handling, coupled with efficient assembly frame circulation.

4. Cutting Section

The journey from mold to masterpiece begins as the billet body is deftly demudded by a turning crane. It then embraces precision as it takes its place on the cutting car, undergoing meticulous side, horizontal, and vertical cutting to achieve its final form.

Through skillful maneuvering by the ground turning table, the cut body is expertly cleared of corner waste, which is then efficiently recycled.
Post-waste removal, the blank body is impeccably completed by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car, ensuring seamless transition to the next stage.

5. Autoclaving Section

The prepped cakes undertake their journey into the autoclave chamber, where they are maintained at constant pressure by a robust traction mechanism and ferry cart, ensuring they meet the highest standards of strength and durability.

Upon curing, the autoclave-treated products emerge rejuvenated, ready to be ferry cart transported to the final destination — the finished product packaging section.

6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging

The journey culminates as the autoclave-steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, expertly palletized, and elegantly packaged. They are then transported with care to the storage yard, courtesy of our state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
