1. Raw Material Processing Section
The foundation of our autoclaved aerated concrete production lies in the meticulous selection of raw materials, typically sand (fly ash), lime, cement, gypsum, and aluminum powder (or aluminum paste).
This critical section is dedicated to the precise processing and storage of these essential raw materials.
2. Automatic Steel Mesh Fabrication
& Circulation
As the heart of autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section ensures the seamless creation and integration of steel mesh.
This area is integral for crafting the necessary steel mesh (mesh cage) for the aerated concrete plates, facilitating both manual and automatic mesh hanging, as well as the automatic assembly frame circulation.
3. Pouring and Pre-Curing Section
Central to autoclaved aerated concrete slab production, this section handles the critical phases of pouring and pre-curing.
Here, steel mesh (mesh cage) is expertly crafted for the concrete plates, with provisions for both manual and automatic mesh hanging and automatic assembly frame circulation.
4. Cutting Section
In this section, molds loaded with billet body are demudded via a turning crane. The billet body and side plate are then placed on a cutting car, where precise side, horizontal, and vertical cuts shape the product.
Cutting waste is efficiently managed with a ground turning table, ensuring the removal and recycling of corner waste.
Post waste removal, the billet body is expertly handled by the marshalling crane and the marshalling ferry car.
5. Autoclaving Section
Assembled cakes are carefully transported into the autoclaves for consistent pressure maintenance, facilitated by an advanced traction mechanism and ferry cart system.
Following curing in the autoclave, the products are efficiently transferred by ferry cart to the finished product packaging section.
6. Finished Products
Classification & Packaging
Freshly steamed cakes are meticulously sorted, palletized, packed, and then conveyed to the storage yard using state-of-the-art packaging and conveying equipment.
